Heidi believes that high ethical standards, coupled with strong attention to  detail, accuracy and open communication are key to ensuring you have all the pieces of the puzzle to make an organization successful. Also, key to success is the ability to work together with your co-workers as part of a strong team in order to meet the overall goals of the organization.

Heidi is responsible for contract management, job costing, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, general ledger, cash management, and financial reporting.

Heidi graduated from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and speech communications. Prior to joining the J&L team, she worked as an internal auditor for Mainstreet Bank. Residing in Hudson, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her Siberian Husky. She also enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking and practicing yoga.
